We assist in researching the development potential of land, conduct financial analysis to review the feasibility of a project, participate in raising both private investment equity and construction financing, and then provide complete project management until sold or leased.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We provide complete property management services for owners of real estate properties including retail, office, multi-family, and residential. Our focus is to enhance the value of the property by positioning it strategically in the market and optimizing the operations to increase cash flow and long-term value. We also offer solutions for managing homeowner associations and subdivisions of varying sizes, ranging from small neighborhoods to large master-planned communities.
